This Privacy Policy describes how OARScoach ("we," "us," or "the Service"), operated by William Matulich, Ph.D., collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform.

Information you provide:

• Email address (provided when purchasing a subscription or contacting support)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card details)
• Session content you enter during practice sessions (your typed responses and client scenario configurations)

Information collected automatically:

• Access code usage (to verify eligibility and track session counts)
• General usage data (to monitor service performance)

We do not collect your name, physical address, or any health or clinical information about your actual patients or clients.

When you conduct a practice session, your typed responses and the simulated client's responses are sent to Anthropic's API to generate AI responses and feedback. This means your session content is transmitted to and processed by Anthropic, PBC, subject to Anthropic's privacy policy (available at anthropic.com).

We do not use your session content to train AI models. Session content is not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete the current session.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Process payments and deliver access codes
• Respond to support requests
• Monitor and improve Service performance

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

OARScoach uses the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Anthropic — AI response generation (anthropic.com/privacy)
• Cloudflare — hosting and delivery (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

We retain email addresses and access code records for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and support purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

 You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at billmatulich@mac.com. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

OARScoach is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
